First of all, I would like to explain to all of you that I have recently rediscovered the word "conceited." I overheard some girl say that she's not conceited and it dawned on me that the word probably hadn't gone through my head for at least 6 years. Since that day, I have been using the word either out loud or to myself on a regular basis.
Today has been a profoundly conceited day for me. I just can't stop thinking about how great and how smart I am. I wish people knew how smart I am. I wish people appreciated me more for how smart I am. I'm a lot more intelligent than people give me credit for. And I'm a lot more intelligent than a lot of people.
On a side note, I have adapted that song in the Kia commercial "I just can't seem to get it right today" to some other random bluegrass melody in my head... And it's stuck there for eternity, I am afraid.
