This is what I will be doing from 4-5pm today...


Class description: Boot Camp is a high-intensity class that
encorporates strength, balance, cardio, power, & stretching exercises
to help the already active reach a higher level of fitness. This class
does involve high-impact and high-intensity activities. Some exercises
that you can expect are: sprints, squats, push-ups, lunge jumps, etc.


Am I scared? Hmm... YES!
