I know you all thought of me yesterday between the hours of 1600 and 1700 yesterday. And I know you all commiserated with me today.
Right?
So I've been trying to figure out the ranking of how bad each of these activities hurts, but I can't decide. I think I've come up with a good order, then I do something like stand up and have to change my mind all over again. So here's the list (in no particular order):
- Ascend stairs
- Descend stairs
- Stand up
- Sit down
